We have over 30 years of combined real estate and property management experience. Our broker Matt MacDonald received his real estate license in 2004 and he has worked for local, national and global real estate companies since 2004. Matt has managed portfolios as large as 4,500 homes during his career. He has also personally bought and sold real estate over the past 20 years. He has also been a Landlord and Tenant as well. Matt graduated from Jacksonville University in 2010 with a Bachelors in Business and he graduated from Florida Community College at Jacksonville with an Associates in Financial Services in 2008. He has lived in Jacksonville for over 20 years. Matt opened Experienced Property Management so he could focus on customer service and focus on what he believes are best business practices. Deb White received her real estate license in 2002 and she has over 15 years of real estate and property management experience. We will make all reasonable efforts to manage your home to your satisfaction.
